After graduating from The Culinary Institue of America, I went on to work at Restaurant Aquavit in NY, then on to Sweden, and Demark. Back to the states Got married have two children Nolan 11 Shannon 9 Lived and worked in Ohio,Maryland, New Jersey, Durham NC for 9 years and presently seperated and living in Wilmington NC.
